Welcome to Revampavan Ltd. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including campervan conversions and related offerings. By engaging with Revampavan Ltd, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Revampavan Ltd specialises in custom campervan conversions and related services. We offer both standard and bespoke conversion packages, including but not limited to:

a) Full campervan conversions (eg Coastline, Surfline, Shoreline models) for medium sized vans.

b) Bespoke services for Larger Vans (eg Crafter, Ducato, Boxer, Sprinter models).
c) Installation of pop-top roofs, windows, insulation, interior and exterior fittings
d) Consultation services for campervan design and customisation

2. Conversion Process and Timelines

a) Lead Times: We strive to adhere to our estimated conversion timelines. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (eg supplier issues or unforeseen technical challenges). If delays happen, we will keep you informed before or during the expected dates.
b) Photo Policy: To maintain efficiency, we do not take progress photos during conversions. Multiple team members may work on your van at different stages, and stopping for photos can slow down the process.
c) Bespoke designs are to be signed off by the customer.  Sometimes designs work better in theory rather than practice and on the odd occasion that changes need to be made we will be in touch throughout.  

3. User Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
a) Provide accurate and complete information during consultations.
b) Adhere to agreed timelines for vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups

c) Making sure your vehicle arrives at Revampavan as clean as possible, inside and out.

d) Removing all personal items before dropping off as we cannot be responsible for them.

e) Please ensure fuel tank levels are kept to a minimum when dropping off your van, especially if we’re fitting a heater.

f) Ensure that any travel plans or holiday bookings are scheduled with ample time (up to 2 weeks at least) after the estimated completion date. We are not responsible for cancellations or changes to travel plans made too close to the completion estimate.

4. Payment Terms

a) Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a conversion booking slot.

b) Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the conversion and has to be paid before taking the vehicle away. This is a non-negotiable policy.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a) Customers may cancel their booking, but deposits are non-refundable as parts would’ve been bought way in advance.
b) Refunds: In the rare event that Revampavan cannot complete a conversion, a full or partial refund may be issued, subject to review.

6. Warranties and Liability

a) Warranty: All conversions include a 2-year workmanship warranty with installations would have the manufacturer’s warranty.
b) Limitations: Revampavan is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, mechanical issues or customer-supplied parts.
c) Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

a) All design plans and conversion concepts created by Revampavan remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.

8. Customer Privacy

a) We collect and store personal information (e.g., name, contact details) strictly for service purposes and in compliance with data protection laws. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

a) Revampavan reserves the right to update these terms. Customers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

a) These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
